Notice to members of the Council

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Stinchcombe Parish Council to be held on the above date for the purpose of transacting business as per the agenda below. This meeting will be held at Stinchcombe Village Hall.

Members are reminded that the council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability), Crime & Disorder, Health & Safety, & Human Rights.

Members of the public are invited to attend and observe the meeting. Please note that, as this is an extraordinary meeting, there will be no dedicated public discussion item. The Chair may, at their discretion, invite members of the public to speak on relevant agenda items. Outside of this, members of the public are not permitted to speak during the meeting.

  3.  To consider and agree comment on the following planning applications:

    2.   4. To receive an update on DRFC’s use of the Village Hall car park and discuss the Parish Council’s ongoing lease arrangements with DRFC for the land where the swings are located.
