13th May 2026 – Community Event / Annual Parish Meeting

Stinchcombe Parish Council will be holding its Annual Parish Meeting on Wednesday 13th May at 6.00pm at Stinchcombe Village Hall.

This year the meeting will take a slightly different format. Alongside the usual meeting, there will be an informal community showcase where local groups and organisations will be available to talk to residents about their activities, services and upcoming plans.

Residents are invited to come along, meet representatives from local organisations and find out more about what is happening in the parish.

The event will run from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will begin at 7.30pm.

Please note that access to the meeting room will be via the outside main entrance.

Please note: A short formal Annual Parish Meeting will take place from 7.20pm to 7.30pm in the downstairs meeting room in order to meet statutory requirements.

Reports from the Parish Council and local groups will be presented during the community event from 6.00pm on the mezzanine level, where refreshments will be available. Residents are welcome to attend either or both.
